No. People misspeak all the time. People, when speaking extemporaneously, do occasionally say things inelegantly. Comedians had a LOT of fun with GWB over this. He was a gaff machine, but if you honestly looked at what he was saying, it might have been a lot of other things, but it wasn't actually crazy.

I'm more concerned with a President who doesn't think Iran is a threat to the US than a ding-bat running for the Senate. Even if she wins, which I doubt, she won't be given much responsibility. Much like Stuart Smalley.

People love to bitch and moan about raising taxes or deficit spending, but I can't believe riots didn't break out when we found out WMDs in Iraq were bullshit.

I was watching "To Have and Have Not" earlier today and in it Walter Brennan plays a drunk that keeps asking people "You ever been bit by a dead bee?" Well, the 43rd Administration's adventure in Iraq created a big fuckin' dead bee and it's evenutally going to bite us in the ass. But that won't be "his" fault will it? Ha.

I'm still fairly certian making out on a satanic sacrificial alter trumps skydiving in terms of nuttiness. What are the stats for people making tandem jumps per 100,000 people vs making out on satanic sarifical alters? I'm guessing jumping is far more "normal."
