When your team loses big, you fire the coach. The Dems are my team; but man, they have lousy coaches. Chronically. When you have lousy coaches, and then replace them with more lousy coaches, and still more lousy coaches, you deserve to lose your games.

Tom Daschle, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, etc. were fine foot-soldiers for the cause, but terrible leaders. They weren't Tip O'Neill, and they weren't Lyndon Johnson. (Now those guys were leaders!) And the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has been worthless (i.e., to its own team) for the past 20 years.

I personally thought Newt Gingrich and Tom DeLay were pigs (still do); but they produced results for their team, didn't they? That's no accident.

No, I'm not mad at the other team, and I'm not mad at the refs. I want a new coaching staff.

Howard Dean seemed to do a good job for the dem's but after the 08 election they dumped on him. I personally didn't agree with Dean but he did bring the dem's back from the dead.
