They received a phone call from the guy threatening to kill himself; a warrant is no longer necessary to protect someone in imminent danger. It could also be argued that this could be a consent search due to his having "invited" the police to his home to help him. An another note, what it is about this freaking country that prohibits us from seeing nudity as anything other than perverted, dangerous, and obscene? - -It's all been said before, no sense repeating it here.
