I wonder what Jesus would have thought about belching 30 BILLION TONS of CO2 (along with other pollutants) into the atmosphere every year.

any volcanic eruptions covered in the OT/NT?

Though at norm, the volcanoes only do ~7% of this (USGS), the big events are a bit different. Krakatoa killed a healthy number of people, was heard 3000 miles away, ejected 5 cubic miles of matter (though in this context, probably a global cooling aspect with the dust).

What nature does all on its own and what man can choose or not choose to do are two different things.

Otherwise it would be legal for people to stalk and kill other people.

Just part of "The Plan", I suppose.

The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.

(Reuters) - "The United States on Saturday equaled the record for deaths from tornadoes in a single year with 519 killed in 2011, and more than a month still to go in the tornado season, The National Weather Service said."

Nothing extreme though.
