this is not new news this happened 2 or more years ago to my knowledge. The officer was on paid leave the entire time. I had to leave a comment because "going forward" is a corporate term that is over used.

Kluge would indicate it at least was able to accomplish it's goal regardless of it's process. I'd argue this softwar was made by someone who spoke Chinese to translate German into English.
