Ghadaffi dead ?

Recommended Posts

seems that he was severely wounded during the Syrte attack, and that he died.

No virgins for him.

I wish the next governors (of the whole middle-east and north africa) will be good.

It just was on NPR here in the US.

Syrte has fallen, but the reporter made it very clear that there are a wide variety of reports of capture, injury and death.

Nothing confirmed as of yet.

I wonder if he will get a burial at sea?

Probably the same fate as Saddam. Buried in secret where nobody will know the location.

Good riddance.

I bet not.

Why not? New government in control now. Why would they want his grave to become a shrine?

I'm sure the families of Pan Am flight 103 will finally be able to find some peace.

For sure... What about the bomber he sent out to accomplish that? Is he dead too? Last I remember he was on his last legs due to cancer or something.

I would suspect that would depend on what each of them holds important on whether this is critical to their mental state or not.

I'd hope justice isn't driven to just provide closure to the victims. There's better reasons in terms of safety and security for people all over the world to have gone after Ghadaffi.

I think that was a load of crap to enable them to work some kind of behind the scenes deal. Perhaps some intel of the whereabouts of Bin laden or something along those lines. Remember, he was hailed as a National Hero in Libya.

A school example of middle age barbarism. Even more, killing a war prisoner is a crime against humanity. But hey, who dares to accuse NATO general anyway? Who is next to be shot down? Iran? Syria? China?

Is that a crocodile tear we see for the man who brutalized his own people for 40 years???

Of course the only reason non-Libyans started meddling in Libyan affairs was oil, not the plight of the Libyan people. If NATO really gave a s*** about suppressed people, it would be fighting a lot of other wars.

Is it that hard to read the vast amount of evidence that is out there about the GaDaffyDuck's regime from in there???

evidence? like the evidence that Sadam Husein has weapons of mass destruction? Like the evidence that Osama Bin Laden was involved in 9-11 attacks? :)

as I said, NATO does not need any reasons. Nobody dares (yet) to prosecute them. But the judgement day will inevitably come.
