She says there is a reasonable assumption that Rubio's parents explained their immigration that way to him. It was a common practice and he was born in the U.S.A. charlie5 0 #6 October 24, 2011 My mother's family fled Vietnam. From what I was told it was to escape the communists, but I didn't hire a fucking historian to research their story for me.
