Be humble, ask questions, listen, learn, follow the golden rule, talk when necessary, and know when to shut the fuck up.

hwt 0 #28 November 16, 2011 Quote Quote He is not perfect, but Ron Paul is the only one making any sense. All the others (Donkeys and Elephants) obviously are in it to serve their puppet masters. But that is the problem, I can see Ron Paul coming down with an acute case of lead poisoning or sporting a new set of cement galoshes should he ever come close to being prez. The puppet masters do not like Ron Paul's message. we haven't had a candidate hurt since 1968. _____________________________________________ +1 to both of you.. ryoder 1,590 #30 November 16, 2011 QuoteIs Paul that different from Kucinich? I think the two are very similar, and I would love to see them run against each other, since I would be happy to vote for either one. Of course what Paul would try to do once elected, and what he would actually be able to get through Congress, would be two different things."There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones. SpeedRacer 1 #33 November 16, 2011 Quote A Bloomberg News poll shows Cain at 20 percent, Paul at 19 percent, Romney at 18 percent and Gingrich at 17 percent among the likely attendees with the caucuses that start the nominating contests seven weeks away. . http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-11-15/romney-two-way-race-is-now-four-way-republican-dead-heat-in-iowa-caucuses.html Ron Paul is running second, but FOX News will continue to try to make him invisible. kelpdiver 2 #35 November 16, 2011 "Texas Governor Rick Perry and Minnesota Representative Michele Bachmann, who both once were strong contenders in polls of the Republican race, have seen support plummet. Perry, who is running ads in Iowa, gets 7 percent support in the Bloomberg survey; Bachmann, who won the Iowa Straw Poll in August, is backed by 5 percent. " Parry looks to have the shortest campaign as a front runner ever. Even Gary Hart did better after the Donna Rice affair.
diverborg 0 #36 November 16, 2011 Here's my favorite Ron Paul video. I've always wondered why so many consider him unelectable. I listen to him, he makes sense, so I like him. What are people looking for in a candidate that makes this guy so unappealing? http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=ia8GoThBBhY I'm not foolish enough to think one guy is going to solve all our problems, but hey at least maybe we can get pointed the right way. I don't see any other candidate out there that could honestly be considered an improvement over the current catastrophe.
wmw999 2,534 #37 November 16, 2011 The job of president alone isn't all-powerful; you have to also be able to get people to agree to your proposals. Unfortunately, Ron Paul has a long history of not giving a crap about people agreeing with his proposals. It's a pity; he was the local representative (before one of the many redistrictiings), and my very liberal father voted for him every time after he spent a half hour talking with the guy. Another downside now is that, while I'm not at all convinced he's going to die right away, he is 76 years old, and that's pretty old for a job that can potentially run 8 years. Wendy P.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. Second, Ron Paul will end the Empire building. Third.he will end the evil board of education i would rather see 50 states running independent school systems.because 50 states = 50 experiments to find the best way to teach our children. He will transfer the power of government back to the states...this is the most important thing he can do...peace ______________________________________________ I'm not foolish enough to think one guy is going to solve all our problems, but hey at least maybe we can get pointed the right way.
