normiss 800 #26 December 7, 2011 I was referring to MERS and all of it's legal challenges and law suits. Numerous local governments have filed suit in an effort to recoup lost fees due to MERS bypassing the traditional method of registering with local governments. Hence the laundry list of legal issues on the link you provided.

More like parasites on our society. As for the Hispanic gangs, I don't know where you get the idea I have a 'fascination' with them. Far from it. They are a definate threat to our security here in the U.S. If, you'd do just a little research into the subject, you'd see what I'm talking about. I find your obsession and support of the 'occupiers' disturbing! Chuck

mirage62 0 #37 January 2, 2012 Funny you dont seem to be hearing about these cases much. Question. Is that because the press has moved on or are there not that many cases where this is actually happening successfully? (taking over a forclosed house?) Any one?Kevin Keenan is my hero, a double FUP, he does so much with so little
masterrig 1 #38 January 2, 2012 This is the first I've heard of a 'group' taking over foreclosed homes. This action by the 'occupiers' is just further proof of what low-life, creeps they are. It's what I call an 'empty' movement. Pointless and baseless. Those people have too much 'free' time. Chuck

Check out the FULL text of the articles DD posts by using any search engine. In Oakland the OWS-ers in the house were arrested after they had already been cited and run off the day before by the cops. The Bobby Hull article: The house had been in the Hull family since 1968. It was his mother's house. How did Hull manage to run up $230K on a house that should have been paid off 15 years ago? Refinanced? If BoA was on fire, I wouldn't.....( guess) But, contract is a contract, unless it's predatory. "Thousands more are being".......? How does DD know inner strategy of ad hoc groups like OWS? Others have asked before on similar postings, but DD never answers. How does DD get so much inside G2 on topics that are the subject of on going international diplomacy from several different governments? Strategic planning and tactical implementation of military actions? The conduct of entire war efforts from the perspective of the highest ranking officials? The inside scoop on so many US political candidates? A vast knowledge of economics that outshines that of Nobel Prize Recipients? I'd like to know if DD is a diplomat. We may have common interests and goals. Acquaintances in high (or low places) can be useful.
