I would say it is a lot like what you have done in THIS thread.I can do better than thatQuote
Please post a link to such a post from me in this thread.

A nice ADMISSION that you can't find a post in THIS THREAD. As usual, you write UNTRUTHS (aka lies) and then try to weasel out when caught....

Where is the "repeating hearsay" in that? Get a dictionary and use it.

***Nope.
I am saying that if a suspect *claims* injury (especially a head injury as is the case here), then the duty of the police is to have that checked out by medical professionals. For liability reasons, if nothing else. That was certainly SOP when I was a sworn LEO some 40 years ago.
Ends up he did get pictures taken and medical attention
I guess that what you post is not hearsay either if you just made this up yourself too

Get a dictionary. You clearly need one. That and lessons in reading comprehension.

I wonder how much longer till the defense files a motion to dismiss based on all the evidence...you know...all the reasons he wasn't charged in the first place.
Shotgun 1
QuoteJust over two weeks after the fatal shooting, and less than a month before an arrest was made, police in Sanford, Florida, urged prosecutors to take George Zimmerman into custody after arguing his killing of Trayvon Martin was "ultimately avoidable."
. . .
"The encounter between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin was ultimately avoidable by Zimmerman, if Zimmerman had remained in his vehicle and awaited the arrival of law enforcement, or conversely if he had identified himself to Martin as a concerned citizen and initiated dialog (sic) in an effort to dispel each party's concern" the request said. "There is no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any criminal activity."
I also recall reading that at least one of the investigators wanted to charge Zimmerman with manslaughter from the beginning. Not sure why that didn't happen. (Probably would have avoided all the attention the case ended up getting, with perhaps a faster resolution.)
And I agree it doesn't sound like a race crime. From the link you posted, one of the investigators said that Z had a hero complex but was not a racist. (Though the "hero complex" comment is not exactly helpful to his case.)

This case really is about removing legal guns from the citizenry.
