Illegal alien question

Recommended Posts

Well I've lived in England for years and can honestly say that neither I or anyone I know has ever met an alien.
When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy.

Oh, o.k. Then, they don't exist. Chuck

I have yet to see evidence that aliens could possibly give a rat's ass about this rock.

The best indication that intelligent life exists in the universe is the fact that they haven't made contact with us.

Anybody know who said that?? (or at least something close to it, I'm not sure on the exact wording)

The key word is "Illegal". If we had a Justice Department, Congress, Executive Branch (and not just the current one) that was more interested in the law and less interested in votes I don't think there would be a problem. Both of my grandfathers immigrated to this country but they came "legally".

As well as politicians selling themselves to 'big business' and 'big oil'. My grand parents did the same thing. Their first stop on their way here was Ellis Island. One big problem we have is 'politically correct' putting 'illegals' in the same group as 'legals'. Another problem is the 'let 'em all in' attitude by many in this country. We really do, need to know just exactly who is coming into this country. Especially with the threat of terrorists as well as the very lucrative drug trade. I am not at all against 'legal' immigration into this country.
I am very much against 'illegal' immigration. To me, that's stealing citizenship.

So did mine.

Fortunately when my grandmother came over (1920) the US had a "let em all in" policy. If they didn't I might not be here today.
