So a member of the CONGRESS is in a snit because CONGRESS hasn't got these people to testify, so he's going to block the EXECUTIVE branch's appointments.

Makes sense in a DC kind of way. (DC Comics, that is).

And if Bush made the same claim (criminal investigation) and blocked 911 investigations you would have given birth
