1. The BHO administration was incompetent and did not realize the gravity of the distress call. Or,
2. The BHO administration denied military assistance for political reasons.

If a person believes those are the only two possibilities or explainations for this, then a possible explaination for that is the person has a limited imagination.

There are quite literally countless ways Benghazi "really" went down.

And your A & B scenarios are really not the only two choices of how things really happened. Did you read your own link about the supposed testimony of the 2nd in command DOS guy? He testifies that he was told repeatedly that air support was not available for logistical reasons. If that was true, then your whole argument goes out the window.
