Seem to me there is good and bad for everyone. Republicans can claim they won a victory while lamenting the fact that he isn't trustworthy. Democrats can lament a loss while relishing the fact that he is secretly on their side of at least one issue (or at least not as conservative as he purported).

Not sure he's that much different from other politicians. We keep electing people who love themselves. Why are we surprised they lie, cheat and steal to get what they want and sleep around?
I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

agreed, the system itself assists these people (our representatives) in becoming corrupt and power hungry, they start to live in the glass bubble and lose the perspective of why they are there.

Not all of them, but the trend is there. free this and that for them while the people get bugger all of similar benefits. They surround themselves with cash and favors and the political system is built in such a way to perpetuate that process.

It then becomes a twisted kind of power hungry and immune-to-reality situation.
