Deuteronomy 7 lists several ways to destroy all the "other" people (Hittites and Girgashites and Amorites, o my!) and why it is important for the "chosen people" to do so. It's full of reasons to not marry other races (Nehemiah 13) and how to keep them out of your society (Deuteronomy 23.) It was even used by a state Supreme court here in the US as a reason to ban interracial marriages in the 1950s - because God "did not intend for the races to mix." Which just goes to show you - you can find a reason to hate whatever you want to if you look through the Bible long enough. It is unfortunate that people continue to do so.
