I'm actually surprised that Scott was not at least convicted of manslaughter. The difference I see here is that Scott grabbed his gun and went looking for a confrontation with these teens, GZ did not.

Race makes a difference for sure it comes with some positives and negatives, and not always in a way that equals out.

I like how, in the Zimmerman case, it was immediately pounced on by the "Race Neutral" Presidency, but they haven't been able to find any comment whatsoever from the admin regarding this case.

Perhaps because the dead kid in this case was caught in the act of B&E to the shooter's car before attacking the shooter and in the other case was walking down the street?

I think its telling but its always been telling.

I think black people felt the same way about every other white president. That the white president is not as sympathetic to there concerns as he is to whites.

I think you just dealing with something you never have because we have never had a black president before.
