Brotherhood Torture Chambers (finally) Exposed

Recommended Posts

Let he who is without a water board cast the first stone.

Look, I'm sure these guys torture. I have no question about that.

That said, we gave up the moral high-ground on this issue.

The is a big difference in water boarding someone (who in many cases trained to be water boarded) than taking protesters off the street and physically torturing them for their faith or political views.

You're right about the moral high-ground. It could happen here in the U.S. to American citizens (or has already happened).

Your grasp of Egyptian politics are as weak as your post. The Brotherhood and the Egyptian military are two different animals, this is precisely why the military tossed them.

I hope you also realize that we sent plenty of suspected extremist to middle-eastern countries for no other reason than to be tortured.

Not at all. President Morsi, the "elected" leader of Egypt, was aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood. You might say they elected him as their leader. If the Morsi were to purge the Egyptian Military, follow Brotherhood doctrine, it would destabilize the whole area. Once again, things were stable in Egypt, until we interfered (like Iran, Libya, Syria, among others).

I hope you realize these people were not "suspected extremists". They were like you or I; protesting in the streets.

How do you feel about the CIA sending people deliberately to jails to be tortured?

For the record to me it’s all disgusting no matter who is doing it or if your helping it be done to someone.
