swisschris62 0 #13 November 6, 2013 Dusty little desert town in the middle of no where...kinda Nasty little speed trap always set up on 10 just outside of town They play by a different set of rules in these border towns. All in all, a dangerous part of the country. This is crazy what they did but this sort of thing is probably happening more then we are hearing about. I don't really feel sorry for the doctors, but they were probably shown the search warrant before they went butthole fishing. It is kind of poetic justice if they get in trouble for not reading the fine print to determine it was for the wrong county or expired. For the same reason I jump off a perfectly good diving board. Just out of curiosity, how about Sexual Assault charges? It was unwanted and unwarranted (search warrant wasn't applicable in that county) penetration of the guy. I doubt the doctors got any sexual gratification from the procedure, but it does fit the definition."There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit." First, they don't know how to read warrants - not their training. Second, I have little doubt that the cops put on a little (I.e. A lot) of extra pressure on them. No, doesn't excuse. But I feel much worse for the doctors than I do for the cops. My wife is hotter than your wife.

In Texas they just do their cavity searches right on the side of the road. http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/01/30/16769883-texas-set-to-terminate-trooper-following-roadside-cavity-searches?lite

weekender 0 #24 November 6, 2013 kallend Well, way over the top, if you ask me. Not sure if this is relevant but my 2cents. the US has had a strong history of community policing. since 9/11 they have become more and more militarized. they use weapons and training more and more similar to the Army. IMO, it makes them more aggressive because they are doing more and more aggressive training. I dont think is is needed mostly. we are getting closer and closer to having Gendarmes in the US and i feel its un-American. i was downtown on 9/11 and in the WTC that morning. so i am well aware the world has changed. i dont think we need to militarize the police. throwing that out there before i am attacked for being out of touch."The point is, I'm weird, but I never felt weird."
