As that procedure would require a doctor, assume she's not liable.

Not surprised by this ruling. Raped men (both statutory and forcible) have been required to pay child support.

No, the marital presumption would apply. It would also apply to the couple in Kansas if gay marriage was legal there (and they chose to get married).
