Certainly, an incorrect and unfortunate response by the teacher. The teacher missed an opportunity to teach.

I am blessed to live in the north GA mountains. We choose to reach out to the normal folks and show them the truth.

The programs that help me have been helpful to many deserving people. When it helps people that I don't like, then I am opposed to it." That would be somewhat honest.
