The person who signed the checks should be forced live on KFC for a whole year. No biscuits, though. Those have been proven to cause hyperactivity. Same study, I think. Those studies(?) are paid for with OUR tax dollars. Just like with all the 'pet projects' are paid for wit our tax dollars. All those 'grants'? Same ol' deal... tax payer dollars.
