The fourth amendment is one of my favorites, but this case and the article you're linking to here are loaded with derp. The article says "reasonable probable cause" is the new standard but that isn't a standard and it is not what the decision says. The saying for this case should be, "Regardless of whether you've done something wrong, as long as you don't go all Jim Carrey from the movie Liar Liar when you get pulled over then you have nothing to fear."
