I didn't start posting regularly in SC until my retirement in 2009. I have no reason to go back and read old threads. I am satisfied with the fact that following 9/11 we went into the Mideast and kicked ass. Like I said before, there is Israel and Israel's enemies. Israel's enemies are my enemies.

I tried to go back in the military in 1991 and was rejected due to my age. Some of my contemporaries went into contract and other services following the bombing in Beirut. IMO it's all the same war.

I do not like the idea of the US becoming a de facto dual monarchy and simply switching families back and forth every four to eight years.
