I fail to see why the color of the shooter or shootee matter. There are altogether too many examples of cops shooting unarmed people and then the event getting whitewashed (pun intended).

The shooter or shootee(?) wasn't my point. It was the lack of media coverage compared to the white cop shot black suspect bias by the media.

Why don't you tell us how many media outlets have major shareholders and/or CEOs who are poor blacks, and compare with the media outlets whose major shareholders and CEOs are wealthy whites.

Oh, there certainly IS something you can do. Stop whining about blacks. The current condition of the average black family is a direct consequence of the things your fathers and grandfathers did. Jim Crow laws existed well into the lifetimes of a lot of black people alive today.

When there are still scores of people alive that witnesses (or participated) in such acts, it's difficult to write off as a problem of forefathers. And it has a direct relevance when complaining with generalizations about how black people riot a lot.

You can't really say it's a problem of the past when we still still it happening in the immediate. Whether or not this shooting was so motivated, will you try to assert racially motivated beatings/shootings aren't occurring?

Interestingly enuf, and something most people seem to disregard - it wasn't just blacks who got lynched. according to The Tuskegee Institute has recorded 3,446 blacks and 1,297 whites being lynched between 1882 and 1968, with the annual peak occurring in the late 1800s, when Democrats acted to enforce white supremacy.[3]

If some old guy can do it then obviously it can't be very extreme. Otherwise he'd already be dead.
