wolfriverjoe 1,523 #1 January 9, 2015 Fredrick Maryland County Council member Kirby Delauter doesn't seem to like the local paper much. So when his name was used in a story, he hopped on FB and told the reporter: “So let me be clear............do not contact me and do not use my name or reference me in an unauthorized form in the future" When the reporter replied that it was her responsibility to report on public officials, he threatened to sue. Apparently, he never heard of or read the 1st Amendment to the Bill of Rights. And, of course it's now gone international. Story HERE Read the comments after the story. Apparently he's not the most popular guy on the council. Apparently, he & his buddy, along with the deposed former County Commissioner, are considered fairly corrupt. And the county has changed it's form of government. Also, the editorial (linked just below his picture on the left) is pretty funny. You just can't make this stuff up."There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit." Did you read Andy's link? The Repub that I mentioned is an idiot. The Dem in Andy's link is in jail for statutory rape (sex with a minor). To imply that one party has a monopoly on idiocy is... Which is the same charge you might get for buying a 17 year old a beer. Kinda like Jeffrey Epstein, who the police believed they could indict for multiple counts of sex with minors, and who allegedly procured underage girls for many other members of high society and who was ultimately formally charged with one count of soliciting a prostitute. When you compare it to the kid in high school facing child pornography charges for having photos of his same aged girlfriend you do have to wonder about the rules for them vs the rules for us...Do you want to have an ideagasm? That list contains far fewer than ten names. No one on this board makes the list. In other words, I don't give a rat's ass what the 'tards here think about me. Your opinions are meaningless. The fact is that the pinhead that is the subject of this thread has shown that he is clueless and ignorant, as are the 'tards that post here. Those kind of people are Republicans. Anvilbrother 0 #17 January 9, 2015 QuoteIn August 2013, Morrissey was found by police to be in his home in Henrico County with a 17-year-old girl, who was an employee of his law office. Morrissey, the girl, and her mother, denied any impropriety, but subsequently, a Henrico County court convened a grand jury to investigate a possible improper sexual relationship between Morrissey and the girl.[12] On June 30, 2014, Morrissey was indicted on felony charges of indecent liberties with a minor, possession and distribution of child pornography, and electronic solicitation of a minor, in addition to a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.[12] According to statements from the prosecutor in court documents, Morrissey had sex with the girl multiple times in his law office in August 2013, and possessed a nude photograph of the girl, which he also sent to a friend.[12] Morrissey allegedly continued the relationship with the girl after she left his law office in August 2013, and the two allegedly shared a hotel room overnight in October 2013.[12] Morrissey has denied the charges, saying the girl came to him for advice about family problems and was being abused by her father, and that the special prosecutor was out to get him because of a personal vendetta. Morrissey said he rejected a plea bargain for a single misdemeanor in December 2013.[15] Morrissey has vowed to fight the charges in court, declaring that he will be vindicated, and has rejected calls to resign his House seat.[16] Morrissey's case made national headlines in July 2014 when he used an obscenity on live television while reading a text message he claimed was planted on his phone by hackers.[16] Morrissey has entered into a plea agreement in which he will make an Alford plea to one misdemeanor charge and receive an active jail sentence. News reports indicated that Morrissey would be eligible to attend sessions of the legislature on work release. [17] Leading members of the Virginia Democratic Party, including Governor Terry McAuliffe have called for Morrissey to resign his seat.[18] Morrissey resigned his seat on December 18, 2014, but announced his intention to run in the special election to fill the vacancy. The dude was getting it on with her its clear as day, he pleaded down to that charge. He was guilty, and the charge is the same, but the dude wasn't doing something as innocent as buying someone beer, which he probably was doing also. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone.
