No, that was in response to you showing how much money you spend on education and health. Post 20 was simply indicating that american society has no appetite to increase taxes to spend on education and health. Both systems are signifcantly behind the rest of the civilized world, unless you have lots of money to spend. Okay, so going back to your example of tooth extraction.
