turtlespeed 226 #26 April 9, 2015 billvon>It's not just firing pins that aren't allowed in schools but the whole gun. Hasn't worked. But it will work at gun shows? Why the difference? How many people are handling guns they are unfamiliar with, on display to be handled, and encouraged to be handled in a school, where it is a gun free zone?I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

Ok, let me ask you this, since you are being intentionally obtuse, what legally operated gun show is held in a school where kids are in class.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
lawrocket 3 #29 April 9, 2015 Bill. You are arguing for the sake of arguing. The weapons at the NRA convention are not there for the purposes of being used but to be shown and sold for later use. The purpose of arming a teacher is not to show the people in class the gun. The purpose would be for defense in the highly unlikely event that it is needed. One doesn't need a firing pin in a weapon to hawk it to consumers. He whole purpose is that it isn't used there. Because those weapons are not for use as protection as that convention. When a school is used to market weapons to students, then I would also hope that the school made he weapons inoperable to the consumers that are being shown the wares. Security A multilevel security plan went into works not long after Nashville was chosen as the convention destination. All guns on the convention floor will be nonoperational, with the firing pins removed So the firing pins are removed FOR SECURITY (whatever that means).... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
Kadde 0 #31 April 9, 2015 Wouldnt it make sense? Some guy sneaks a bullet into a weapon, next guy may be a dummy and wanna test-pull the trigger.
