Are you going to tell me and argue with me that the police, collectively, are NOT actually armed with assault rifles, tear gas and far more weaponry than they were some 30-50 years ago? or even 10 years ago? go ahead, make your case. I would love to have some of the Thompson sub machine guns police had 50 years ago. So overall it might look scary but not a whole lot of difference to arming, tactics that's another story and th problem.
