Some of the PP affiliates donate the tissue (bear the expenses themselves), some charge an amount which approximately covers the expense. No violations of law have been shown to happen. It is simply people with an anti-abortion agenda, who have themselves suggested illegal activities, which were not agreed to by PP, and never implemented, who then edited videos to make it look otherwise. I could easily edit clips from your posts in this thread to make it look like you support abortion and selling of parts from full term babies.
