There was a documentary (if you can call it that, more like an op ed piece) a few years back talking about the end times and the apocalpyse and the anti-Christ. IIRC, there would be a calamitous war between good and evil in the middle east, and the anti-christ would appear. I don't really remember details, but I thought it did mention that it would happen during the reign of the 2nd pope after John Paul II, which is the current reign now. Do I really believe it? I don't know. It can be interpreted any which way. However, Nostradamus seemed to have predicted plenty of events in the future, though the translation and terminology of Nostradamus's time proved a challenge in finding actual events that they may refer to.
