SkyDekker 1,465 #1577 August 4, 2016 If I remember correctly Trump spoke out against any process that would allow illegal immigrants to become citizens. I also believe he spoke out against birthright citizenship. I am sure he will have Melania and his kid deported.....

Now, really the baby would have the US citizenship through the Father being American. But, Trump didn't like that argument when it was raised with regards to Obama, whose mother was American and whose father wasn't illegal.
Phil1111 1,149 #1581 August 4, 2016 Meanwhile trumps business heads for the dump "As you can see, the pink line falls below the blue line in the spring of 2015, just as Trump announced his candidacy in June 2015. Trump’s businesses failed to see the gains in foot traffic that they typically do during the summer, Foursquare says. Things appear to get worse this spring, as voters in states around the country went to the primaries. Foot traffic at Trump properties was down 17 percent year-on-year in March, April and June, and down 14 percent year-on-year in July." https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/08/04/what-donald-trumps-candidacy-has-really-meant-for-his-business-empire/ No wonder the tax records are a no show. ryoder 1,590 #1586 August 5, 2016 Excerpt from article by Michael Morell, (former deputy director of the CIA who also temporarily served as acting director): In sharp contrast to Mrs. Clinton, Mr. Trump has no experience on national security. Even more important, the character traits he has exhibited during the primary season suggest he would be a poor, even dangerous, commander in chief. These traits include his obvious need for self-aggrandizement, his overreaction to perceived slights, his tendency to make decisions based on intuition, his refusal to change his views based on new information, his routine carelessness with the facts, his unwillingness to listen to others and his lack of respect for the rule of law. The dangers that flow from Mr. Trump’s character are not just risks that would emerge if he became president. It is already damaging our national security. President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia was a career intelligence officer, trained to identify vulnerabilities in an individual and to exploit them. That is exactly what he did early in the primaries. Mr. Putin played upon Mr. Trump’s vulnerabilities by complimenting him. He responded just as Mr. Putin had calculated. Mr. Putin is a great leader, Mr. Trump says, ignoring that he has killed and jailed journalists and political opponents, has invaded two of his neighbors and is driving his economy to ruin. Mr. Trump has also taken policy positions consistent with Russian, not American, interests — endorsing Russian espionage against the United States, supporting Russia’s annexation of Crimea and giving a green light to a possible Russian invasion of the Baltic States. In the intelligence business, we would say that Mr. Putin had recruited Mr. Trump as an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation. billvon 3,008 #1599 August 5, 2016 >So, talk has sort of begun about Trump dropping out and being replaced. If this were >to happen would Pence not become the nominee? There are several questions to this one. 1) What would the RNC do? Basic answer is "whatever they want." 2) When must the change be delivered to the states to be able to change the ballot? Many of them have a one-month limit where they will accept write-in candidate applications. I imagine the limit for established political parties would be longer (since they will be on the printed ballots) but I haven't found anything on this.
