So, she was able to be in the country to meet with all those Trump campaign officials because she had a visa. Just like everyone else who comes into the country. How are you going to tie that to Obama and Hilary? They personally oversee the issuing of visas?

That's what he said in reality. The head of the FBI, the organization that investigates federal crimes, could not find clear evidence that she broke any federal laws.
