I think you're stretching the 14th a little. The 14th is dealing with born or naturalized. Sure the children born here are considered citizens but not their illegal parents. The Zadvydas v. Davis case concerns detaining illegals past 90 days when no other country will accept them. Not sure why that would apply in this case.Please don't dent the planet.
