That's not a bad blame as it was well known by Bush's own father that we shouldn't topple Saddam without an exit plan and it's now well understood that leaving Iraq so early allowed the power vacuum in which ISIS developed. However, he doesn't say it's Bush's fault as if Bush made every decision in the process. It was "our" fault in a 77-23 vote.

Sure I guess it could be interpreted that Obama blamed Bush but I think your Google Search copy-and-paste lacks the punch you were going for. You'd think that videos of Obama Blaming Bush would show more situations where Obama says "Bush" rather than one from the campaign trail and one that was a joke.

Not saying it's not out there but again, did you even look at what you posted?
