>At least you are consistent......

He's right on both counts.

The Federalist Papers are not the law of the land.

You can still pray in school.

The Federalist Papers show the intent and have been used in supreme court cases to show the intent

In some schools you can't.

Yes. They are not the law of the land as you claimed.

>In some schools you can't.

You can pray in schools. You just can't demand other people's time to do it.

I never claimed them to be the law of the land.
They do however show how activist courts make up intent to be what they want it to be.

School students are stopped from praying today. It is illegal to do so but it happens regularly.

OK, great. So you admit you were wrong on that one. There is no US law that requires use of the Federalist papers when creating new law (or reviewing old law.)

>School students are stopped from praying today. It is illegal to do so but it happens regularly.

So prove it. List five such incidents. If it "happens regularly" that should be a piece of cake.

***Moriah Bridges wanted to thank God for His immeasurable blessings on Beaver High School’s graduating class. But she could not, because it was against the law.

1) You posted the wrong link.

2) That story was from a FOX News article. There was nothing that said the student could not pray - it said she could not use time at a school function (a closing exercise) to lead other students in doing so. Had she wanted to pray in private it would have been a non-issue.

3) In any case, let's see the other four.

You are not my task master and you do not set tasks for me.

I showed you one that was June 15 where she and others like minded would not be allowed while in school.

But Islam prayer rooms being set up in schools is ok with you.

She would have been allowed to pray with others who were willing to do so. She could not use time at a specific school function to lead other students to do so. I am sure that if prior to the event she wanted to gather a group in school to have some prayer time it would not have been a problem.
