skybytch 273 #8 April 26, 2007 I first met Tom in Paso Robles back in 1990. He'd come along with the Otter from Perris for a weekend. I had around 20 jumps and was having an issue with fall rate. He gave me a bit of advice that solved my problem - and I remember that advice to this day. "Take a pencil. Put it between your shoulder blades and hold it there. Then put the pencil on your ass." A few years later, after moving to Perris, I met him again. I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face. And he gave great hugs. My condolences to Tammi and the rest of his family, both "blood" and skydiving.
