davidlayne 5 #4 April 24, 2008 Thanks for remembering.I don't care how many skydives you've got, until you stepped into complete darkness at 800' wearing 95 lbs of equipment and 42 lbs of parachute, son you are still a leg!

808harleylady 0 #7 April 27, 2011 Aloha, My name is Maria Dajay Olipas. I am the daughter of Rolando Dajay who also perished in the crash. I was 15 when he died. Although it's been 19 years since he's been gone, the pain of his departure is as fresh today as it was the day the Navy Chaplain and Commander came knocking on my door. It is not until now that I decided to research the accident. I am so glad to see that there are people out there who have not forgotten about this day in 1992. Can someone please take a picture of the area and my Dad's tree for me? I plan to take a trip to California later this year and I would like to finally go and visit the memorial. Thank you all for keeping the memories of all of those who perished alive. With Aloha, Maria Dajay Olipas
