Parachut3Panda 0 #1 July 26, 2018 Hey all! New to the forum and the world of skydiving! Currently in process doing my AAF for my A license. I'm finding that the bookwork is much harder to understand then actually jumping! Love the world of skydiving so far but am still extremely nervous after 11 jumps in. The free fall is my favorite part but I just need to figure out how to relax more....I hear it after every jump with my instructor...any thoughts?? Relaxing is probably the most important and hardest thing to learn. But it comes. Just keep jumping and you'll find yourself relaxing more and more. Toolucky 0 #3 July 28, 2018 Welcome, Parachut3Panda! I'm progressing through my AFF as well. Although I don't have much trouble relaxing something that helped me is realizing that you are jumping for fun. Have fun with your jumps and enjoy them!
