No, at :29 there is a truck with trailer bearing down on him. He crosses two white lines to get to shoulder. Think he was in a merging lane. at :39 the truck with trailer is next to him in the lane where he ended up sliding to. A good thing he got out of the way.

I am not surprised anymore when I see riders with less than optimal foot wear. I am by no means an ATGATT guy but come on get some good boots.

I am not surprised anymore when I see riders with less than optimal foot wear. I am by no means an ATGATT guy but come on get some good boots.

What I notice around here on the old v-twin guys:
They are typically wearing a bandana wrapped around the head, no gloves, and denim jacket & jeans;
But they always wear massive leather boots.
