dhight361 0 #1 February 12, 2018 HI. I'm a very new skydiver and also a pilot that flys for dropzones. This summer will be my second season being around a dropzone so I'm still trying to figure it all out. I also live close enough to the dropzone where I jump and fly therefore never need to stay on site. My question is this: I own a 26 foot RV. It has 1 queen size bed, 1 sleeper sofa, and 4 individual bunks. There is an RV park on site at the dropzone. Do seasonal employees and or traveling skydivers look for things like this to rent and live in for the season? Or maybe just traveling jumpers that need a bed for a week or night? And if so, what do ya'll pay for something like this? I just have an RV that hardly gets used and figured it could come in handy for someone and I know the prices to rent rv's from an actual business are outrageous. I would just need to make sure I'm not losing money on the deal after paying for the long term rv spot rental at the dz. Thanks guys.

The dz really needs to be in control of who lives on site. Maybe the dz wants to buy yours as a rental. Jon
BillyVance 34 #3 February 12, 2018 If it's a nice RV, would you really want to rent it out to skydivers who get drunk and party and stuff? It's pretty easy to trash an RV. Use it for yourself and/or trusted friends only, IMO."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
