One practices elder care; setting up advance healthcare directives and setting the legal framework for someone else to be the medical decision maker for people too altered to do it themselves. Another is a public defender. She does _not_ make much money, and gets attacked quite often for representing the poor and mentally deficient. A third is an expert in environmental law, and helps corporations navigate through the often-byzantine requirements of the EPA, local zoning and environmental protection standards and committees like the Coastal Commission.

There are, of course, other scummy ones. Which means - choose wisely.

Either his nomination succeeds and fires up women and Ds in general to vote in November. Or it fails and fires up the R base. Even if it fails, Trump will nominate someone just as right wing, but probably female. If the election goes bad for McConnell he will push it through in the lame duck anyway. Either way, no matter what, a deeply right wing justice is going to be appointed. So why not one with less stink?

Wow. So we both know the same two guys, One and a quarter million lawyers in the US. Two honest ones and we happen to know them both!

All kidding aside. The FBI should file a report on each nominee before any president puts them up for nomination. A complete report.

The yearbooks, Kavanaugh's choir-boy admissions and testimony don't make sense. Setting the assault issues aside. Lying be it on Fox during his interview. Or his testimony yesterday, should disqualify him.

Having said that, midterms are near and republicans want this "victory". For their base.

You realize that no young female will be hanging it out at the next urinal, right? Here's a cool fact: woman's restrooms don't have urinals. They have private stalls.

Also, science has proven that you can not wear out another man's weenie just by looking at it. It's pretty complicated why but let's just say it's mostly because the light isn't coming out of your eyes in unregulated intensity and global warming has nothing to do with it. It's the same as with homogenized milk, it doesn't mean what it sounds like.

But even if the toilets in girls bathrooms were arranged along the walls without dividers, troop transport style, would it need to stay that way? Surely, as a defense against the ravages of progressive liberalism other designs are imaginable that offer a bit more privacy and, for the fearful, security. I sure hope so.

The breaking down of barriers does not always lead to a worse case scenario, like an HRC presidency for example. No one will be allowed by law to hold it for you and it will still be considered rude to peek under the stalls.

Let he who has not used the women's room instead of crapping himself cast the first toilet paper roll!

At college we had coed bathrooms. Which meant that a 16 year old woman could be using the same bathroom as a 23 year old guy. We never had any problems.
