National pride is not limited to the US and the star spangled banner. The Olympics use sport to bring athletes together.From every country rich and poor. Just as the UN tries to do. To use language like that, in his capacity as president. Is like walking to a Indian reserve, into the home of a poor family in Pine Ridge South Dakota. Then insult that family by calling their home a shithole. Its the definition of ugly American. Because that family could have sent its sons to Vietnam, to the battlefields of Europe in WW 11.
