There IS a problem with the hockey stick graphic … Exxon doesn't get due credit for its creation.

When I talk about this with my denier friends I tell them that very soon they will be the ones trying to say that Republicans and commerce leaders are trying to solve this but that Democrats are harming their efforts by making it political.

Yep. Once they switch to that, then we'll know they are giving up on the denial aspects of it (which will be a good thing for everyone.)

Other things we will hear:

Clinton caused global warming because he did XXX.

China/Muslims/immigrants/gay marriages cause global warming.

The GOP has always been fighting against climate change.

We've never disagreed that we are warming the Earth; we just disagreed how to stop it. Those stupid dems want to tax you to death and we have an awesome market-based solution - carbon credits!

Don't believe the oil company hype. We don't support their denials; never have.
