ek1923 0 #1 Posted January 22, 2019 I sent my Cypres in for its 4 year maintenance, and when I called SSK to check if they had received it, they said the turnaround time would be 3 - 4 weeks. Usually a couple weeks, although I have have a couple that for some reason that they would never disclose needed to go to Germany. Those took about 6 weeks.
