I would like to see more social support, recognition of mental health issues I'm really sorry to hear that nigel. FWIW, perhaps it would help by not going into this thinking it has destroyed his life. The anxiety and depression from all that has already led to impulsive behavior with possible long term consequences, and you don't want to get caught in a vicious cycle (whether in the criminal justice system or your social/professional life) where it becomes some type of self fulfilling prophesy. His life might become more difficult from this point forward, and some opportunities may be lost, but it's certainly not destroyed. I wouldn't be surprised if you guys had something similar to the U.S where one pleads guilty, but it's placed under advisement. After satisfying the terms of probation, the charges would be dropped and the case dismissed. But even if it's not, it's not the end of the world. . .this too shall pass. He broke no law. Those in the know stated that during the interviews during the Schift show investigation. There was no law being broken until strzok rewrote the 302 and put in their things. Flynn never said. It's also been stated that his call to the Russian was completely legal as he was part of the transition team for Trump. So your little example doesn't fit. January 21, 2021 will be a day that will live in infamy. The day the SDNY serves the paperwork, the subpoenas and notices of actions. That lead trump to his new home in Rikers Island. trump will spend more time under oath than he did watching FOX. More time than even you spend watching FOX. Between November 3 and January 20th. The little rats will start to scurry around, wanting out. In the end even Barr will turn on trump.

Wendy P. You're right of course but Marc, Barr and the whole trump tribe have become so emboldened since the senate integrity collapse. That throwing in a hanging or two seems reasonable along with the resurfacing of failed international policies.
