The images were destroyed once Cohen became involved, the Times and Reuters reported."

Falwell has remained a staunch supporter of Trump, saying in late 2016 that he and the president had discussed him becoming Education Secretary.

Falwell also appeared at a 2018 watch party for the midterm elections along with the president, according to Politico. His wife has been an adviser for Women for Trump, according to Reuters."

The only group more corrupt, sexually more deprived than the trump crime family are evangelicals.

Wait till Liberty University calls Michael Cohen to testify about the kinky pictures that they were involved in concealing. This whole action is a p.r stunt . There is no way Falwell can let the university dig into how the pool boy sex toy for him and his wife got into substantial investments at the expense of Liberty University.

You're making the assumption that Falwell is thinking this through.

You're making the assumption that he fully understands how the University can and will fight the lawsuit.

Given the level of his self-delusion so far during this whole kerfuffle, I don't think those are safe assumptions.

Falwell misled the board when he renegotiated his contract.

Apparently, the actual text of the suit hasn't been made public yet.

If I read it correctly, they're suing because Falwell hid the fact that the pool boy was blackmailing him. 

And that his misconduct constituted a 'conspiracy to damage Liberty U'. 

So basically, Falwell conned Liberty into giving him lots and lots of money, and they want it back.

Keep in mind, this is the guy (maybe even the only one?) who staunchly defended Trump over the 'bleach and very strong light' covid treatment speech. Seriously, even that was not a bridge too far for him when it came to toeing the party line.
