GlebS 0 #1 Posted November 5, 2020 On July 24-30 2021 at the DZ Krutitcy https://krutitcy.ru, will be made attempts to collect a diamond in the sky from pilots from all over the world. Our goal is to improve the current World Record set in the USA in 2015 61-way. This will be the largest wingsuit event ever held in Russia. We invite all wingsuit pilots to participate! We hope that by the time of the scheduled dates there will be no difficulties with movement around the world and we will be provided with the support of our foreign friends! Registration and more details coming soon, stay tuned for official announcements in FB
Westerly 61 #2 November 9, 2020 Yea, good luck, there are still going to be lockdowns in effect by then. I guess people dont get it--COVID is not going away. This is the new normal, at least for the next 2-3 years. The life you knew in 2019 doesent exist anymore.

Well there are about 1.5 million people so far who wont ever get the chance to go to another party, so there is that. I guess something about listen to the advice of the medical doctors and scientist dosent really ring home to some people. kallend 2,026 #5 December 8, 2020 Well, I've been on every US National and also the most recent FAI wingsuit record. Much as I'd love to go, I'm not traveling until the virus is much better controlled than it is right now.

GlebS 0 #7 April 25, 2021 Hi everyone! Our expectations for improved travel rules between countries did not materialize. The Ministry of Internal Affairs rather than the host dropzone must provide the visa invitation letter. Unfortunately, they have declined to grant the invitation letter, so the only option which remains is through a tourist visa. Since this option is currently unavailable due to the pandemic restrictions, we have developed an action plan: Plan A (Tourist visa available by June 15th) If this happens, the event is carried out according to the original plan. Logistically, it would be more difficult to arrange travel plans if tourist visas are not available by this date. Plan B (Tourist visa not available by June 15th) In this case, the event will be held by Russian skydivers. We expect this to be a European record with at least fifty people, and perhaps it will even be a world record. Regardless of the visa situation, we can still make a great record. Plan C (Tourist visas open up later in the year) If movement between countries will open later this year, then we will investigate the possibility of holding a World Record this fall in the United States after the event in Russia. GlebS 0 #8 May 6, 2021 If you want to take part in an event or are just planning. Please fill out the visa form https://forms.gle/FYAag4h7PaU9Y5zf7 as soon as possible in order to receive a sports invitation. It is free and does not bind you to anything. There is still no opportunity to obtain a tourist visa.
