LouDiamond 1 #2 October 27, 2008 Adrenaline Rush, the science of risk (2002) in IMAX was pretty much a skydiving/BASE movie. Seeing it in IMAX is the only way to go IMO."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
joaocorreia 0 #3 January 2, 2009 I just found a link with photos from the set. http://www.3dcameracompany.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=55&Itemid=20 Take a look at the size of the two cameras ! they are so heavy they have to be carried in the belly ! SethInMI 174 #5 January 3, 2009 Perris, CA. That belly camera is b-i-g. http://www.3dcameracompany.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=52:will-digital-cinema-carry-3d-to-new-glory&catid=1:3dcc-news&Itemid=6 Another link to a news story on the same website by the canadian society of cinematographers, shows John DeVore with the belly camera. The camera pic caption reads: "Sky grip Claude Fortine rigging on Arri 235 system on Jon DeVare of the Red Bull Skydive Team in preparation for a jump in Human Flight 3D. The red hand under his chin is to jettison the entire camera system by parachute landing." Since they misspelled John's name, I assume the comment about the "red hand[le] under the chin" is actually to jettison the camera without a parachute landing. Can anyone comment on the setup in that pic? It's flare not flair, brakes not breaks, bridle not bridal, "could NOT care less" not "could care less". SethInMI 174 #7 January 4, 2009 That explains the grass. I recognized the buildings and tents as Perris, but could not explain the grass. It's flare not flair, brakes not breaks, bridle not bridal, "could NOT care less" not "could care less".
AStack75 4 #8 September 30, 2011 Any updates on this movie? I had my calendar marked as today (9/30/11) being the release date which is what they had shown on their official website.

Joao I do not want to be too tough on a movie that is promoting skydiving but the trailer does not make me want to see it. It looks kind of lame.Life is all about ass....either you're kicking it, kissing it, working it off, or trying to get a piece of it. mchamp 1 #20 February 26, 2012 Quote that movie is still not out, or is it? Was supposed to be released September 30, 2011 ended up never showing or ever having been released. They never gave another approximation showing date either which I find awkward. Anyone know the reason behind it not being released? For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
spage 0 #22 February 26, 2012 Seriously? If so, that's some bad luck - hit with lawsuits over this AND the Stratos project simultaneously. Regardless, they've done a really poor job relating to their fans throughout this. The Human Flight facebook wall is nothing but pages of fans asking what is going on - with not one response from Red Bull. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Human-Flight-3D-The-Movie/289482145973?sk=wall Sorry - not sure how to make clicky.
