20kN 93 #1 Posted December 9, 2020 She was 60 living alone at home. It's not clear how she got infected as she never, ever went out. However, she did have a few people bring her supplies and she had a CNA who visited her weekly. The best guess is one of the persons who visited her may have given it to her. She was a great person who gave everything to ensure I had the best possible life. It's painful to think thousands more mothers, wives, fathers and children are going to die largely in the name of misinformation, politics and general stupidity toward science and medicine. gowlerk 2,217 #2 December 9, 2020 It is truly a sad thing to think about your loss. 60 is far to young these days for a woman and mother to leave us. I have no words to make up for the feelings you must be having about how unnecessary this thing is.

wmw999 2,477 #4 December 9, 2020 I'm so sorry for your loss. That's just way, way, too young. If you're able to speak so eloquently about her now, I'm figuring she knew how you felt -- that's important to a parent. Wendy P.

Yet the same story is repeated again and again.
GeorgiaDon 375 #6 December 9, 2020 This is tragic, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Sorry and angry that so many people are going through this when a rational response from the "people in charge" could have done much to reduce the carnage.
