You're right, North Korea which is the most totalitarian dictatorship in the entire known universe, which has basically no health care system of any sort and no government except for military supremacy, has somehow been able to contain the most contagious virus of the current times. A feat that more than 200 other countries have failed to claim, including all 10 of the top 10 most medically-advanced countries. I dont supposed this totalitarian dictatorship might possibly be lying about their numbers for the sake of holding high the trusted Lil Kim name? Probably not... I am sure it's the first one. Then again it's hard to claim you have confirmed COVID-19 cases when you don't actually poses any testing ability nor any medical system to obtain and examine the results in the first place.
